Some of you have experienced problems using the new mynate.org site. We are aware of these issues and both NATE and Castle Worldwide (who administers the system) are hard at work correcting them. Despite the inconvenience, all of your information in your record (certifications earned, CEH reported, testing information, training records, C3 listings, etc.) is safe and secure. Although we are experiencing transition challenges, we are confident you will see the new system will make your interactions with NATE easier, faster, and more efficient.
